Please read all the information below before purchasing this service.
How it works:
- Once purchased we will email you to get an idea of what you may like to be included in your custom order and let you know if we have it in stock or can get it in stock.
- We will send you photos of 1 to 5 options for each item on your list to choose from.
- Once you have selected the items, we will invoice you for the chosen items + postage.
- Once payment is received, we will post it out to you.
Terms and conditions:
- By purchasing this service the customer (you) are acknowledging that you understand and agree that this fee is to cover the time to fulfil the order. It is not a deposit for the final invoice.
- This custom order service is non-refundable unless we do not have and can not get all of the requested items in.
- This custom order is valid for one custom order transaction.
- Each custom order service has a limit of 10 items and a limit of 2 handmade jewellery items that are included in the limit of 10 items.
- Please allow for 7 to 14 days for processing custom orders where all requested items are in stock. If we are able to get out of stock items in this processing time may be extended, but we will keep you updated on estimated order fulfilment times.
- This custom order may be added to a combined shipping order if the custom order is fulfilled in during the combined shipping period.
- One With Self Crystals has zero-tolerance for aggressive or abusive language.
- One With Self Crystals reserve the right to not fulfil orders and offer a refund of the custom order service.
