Due to the nature of our products we do not typically offer refunds. We ask you to please inspect your order upon arrival and get in touch immediately if there is an issue with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Change of mind
If you have changed your mind about an order before receiving a shipping notification please get in touch immediately for a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind after a shipping label has been generated, we apologise for any inconveniences.

Refunds
Please email us first to discuss a refund, we will not approve refunds of times sent back before the refund is approved. We will notify you if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
