Shipping Updates

Covid-19 Updates (Shipping Delays)

Shipping delays are being experienced world wide due to the sudden increase in online orders in 2020, social distancing requirements placed on the postal services and facility shut downs during the global pandemic.

These delays are out of our control and the delivery times keep changing so we are not able to provide accurate estimates on delivery times. If you are hoping for your order to arrive by a set date we have the below recommendations:  

  1. Orders Within Australia: We recommend placing these orders a minimum of 16 business days (this includes processing time) before you may like them to arrive.
  2. International Orders: We recommend placing these orders a minimum of 32 business days (this includes processing time) before you may like them to arrive.

Please Note: We will not issue a refund for delayed deliveries as this is out of out control. Please feel free to get in touch if your parcel has not arrived within 17 business days as we are happy to make an enquiry with Australia Post about your delayed parcel.

Christmas Shipping Information

We aim to make your Christmas shopping as stress free as possible by getting your beautiful orders on their way to you as quickly as possible. Once we take your parcel to the post office it is out of our control how long it may take to arrive. Please see bellow our recommend dates to place orders by to ensure they arrive before Christmas:

  • 1st of December with Express shipping
  • 23rd of November with standard shipping

This is a guide for orders within Australia, but please note we can not make any guarantees about when your parcel may arrive. 

General Shipping Information

  1. Free Shipping Within Australia: Free standard will be automatically applied to all orders over $100 that are within Australia. Express shipping will be available at a reduced rate on orders over $100.
  2. Free Shipping Outside of Australia: Free standard will be automatically applied to all orders over $150 that are outside of Australia. Express shipping will be available at a reduced rate on orders over $150.
  3. Lost or Damaged Items: Please contact us at onewithselfcrystals@gmail.com with images and/or details if any items in your OWSC order is lost or damage during shipment. We will handle each issues on a case by case basis as we may or may not be able to replace it due to the nature of our stock.
