Shipping policy

Processing Time 
Processing time refers to the time between receiving an order and posting it. Processing includes fulfilling, packaging and posting the order.

The processing time is generally 2 to 3 days from when a purchase is made. We may experience delays from time to time but you will be notified when your parcel has been sent along with tracking information.

Courier Service
All parcels will be sent via Australia Post.

Shipping Time 
Shipping time refers to the time between an order being sent and an order being received by the intended recipient.

At this time due to COVID-19 there are unexpected delays with the shipping time so we can not give an accurate time frame that your order may arrive. We recommend downloading the Australia Post App or other applicable apps for up to date estimated arrival times. In most cases, if parcels are late they are arriving less then a week late.
