How to Use This Kit:
There are a lot of crystals in this kit so we recommend choosing 1 or a few to work with at a time as opposed to all at once. You can place them on a desk, in a pocket, in your bra or in one of our Macramé crystal necklace holders. They are great for meditating with as well as this practice will help clear any blockage that you may have in your chakra's.
