About Mercury Retrograde:
Mercury retrograde refers to an astrological event where the planet Mercury looks as if it is going backwards to Earth, but it isn't actually going backwards.
Mercury is said to be responsible for communication, technology, clear thinking and travel. So when Mercury is in retrograde these area's of our life are notorious for some issues arising which can leave us feeling pretty flat. It is also a time where we may relive past hurts, that may have been left unresolved, e.g. ex's tend to contact you during a Mercury retrograde.
